GARI LYNN LOVEJOY

BIO
Ms. Lovejoy moved to the Oregon Coast as a young child with her family and spend a significant amount of time growing up on the Oregon Coast. Ms. Lovejoy graduated from Portland State University in the Summer of 1995. After undergrad Ms. Lovejoy attended Gonzaga University School of Law where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2002. In her spare time, Ms. Lovejoy enjoys travelling with her family, especially to Mexico. Ms. Lovejoy also loves cooking, rock collecting and spending time with her family. She loves camping, river rafting and long road trips with her family. Ms. Lovejoy has been practicing law on the Oregon coast since for her entire career. She is an experienced litigator who is comfortable working within the Courts. Her practice is primarily focused on family law, including divorce, child custody, support, and protective orders. Ms. Lovejoy also practices in wills, probate, and estate planning

Originally from Springfield Oregon, Robin's parents were married for 65 years, before her father passed away unexpectedly and just shortly after their anniversary. She was very close to both parents growing up and that’s why I believe it is important for
both moms and dads to have an active role in their children’s lives. Also, from having 6 children of her own, that means a lot to her.
"As a legal assistant and office manager, I find the fast-paced nature of
our work, coupled with diversity of cases and client issues that are
brought to this firm most interesting. Working in family law provides
me a great deal of satisfaction because we help parents secure their
right to spend equal time with their children. Parents should never give
up when child visitation and custody is at stake. It is our job to help
guide them through the rough waters of divorce and/or custody and
support issues. I take extreme pride in making a very difficult life
situation a little bit easier for our clients." Robin explained.
She and her husband keep busy with six kids and many grandchildren. They all love to spend time traveling and exploring this beautiful country we all live in. "In my spare time I like to work in my garden and scrapbook." Robin said.
